Sue commenced managing the first of my two rental properties in 2016 after I had been forced to evict previous tenants due to non-payment of rent. Sue found two wonderful tenants one of which is still renting the property on a long term lease and photos show the property is being well looked after.
When my second property required new tenants I did not hesitate to contract Sue to take over the management of that property as well. Unfortunately that property has required extensive maintenance and repairs over the past year but Sue has been very quick to get repairs attended to by reasonably priced and professional tradespersons. She is very fair in ensuring that she does the right thing by not only the owner but also the tenant.
I would never take on management of my own properties again while I have Sue to look after them.
